If for some reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. 


You can cancel an order by emailing and quoting your order number. Please make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading.
If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order.  It is advisable to check for your despatch e-mail before you email to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, please simply return your purchases as stated below for a full refund.


To start a return please first email us at and let us know that you would like to return your purchase. 

14 days return policy. Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days after you receive your purchase. 

We will be happy to make a refund for the goods, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged by you we will not provide a refund or exchange.

It is your responsibility to pay for postage to return the item. Bespoke or personalised goods cannot be returned unless damaged.

Damaged Goods

In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, please let us know by email within 7 working days so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The damaged item should be returned for our inspection within 7 working days of you receiving the item. Under no circumstances must goods be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and investigated.

We strongly advise you to obtain a free 'certificate of posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you may wish to send the goods 'recorded delivery' but we regret we cannot refund this charge. Delivery and shipping costs will only be refunded on damaged goods.

Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records and postal claims.


We will notify you via email within 14 days once we’ve received and inspected your return and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

Postage will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.

If you are returning goods, please include your contact details. Any charges incurred are your responsibility.
