If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. info@celticbeeswaxcandles.co.uk We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will be happy to make a refund for the goods, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged by you we will not provide a refund or exchange.
It will be your responsibility to pay for postage to return the item.
We strongly advise you to obtain a free 'certificate of posting' from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you may wish to send the goods 'recorded delivery' but we regret we cannot refund this charge. Delivery and shipping costs will only be refunded on damaged goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged Goods
In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, please contact us at info@celticbeeswaxcandles.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The damaged goods should be returned for our inspection if the goods have been used when damaged, you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and investigated.

Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records and postal claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
