Delivery is only within the UK at present.
I aim to ship all orders within 1 to 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been sent and advise you of the approximate times.
During exceptionally busy periods eg. the run up to Christmas, sales etc, you should allow extra time for delivery, usually 3 to 5 days, although if you let me know if something is required for a specific date and I will do my very best to fulfil your request.
Orders placed in the UK are posted via Royal Mail
Sometimes due to the size of the order it may be split into 2 boxes for postage insurance purposes.
The online shop is only set up to accept orders from within the UK at the moment.
I do not accept returns of any goods damaged or used - but if you have a problem please get in touch and I will do my very best to help resolve any problem or situation with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, please let me know by email within 7 working days. Under no circumstances should the goods be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Please send photographic evidence of the damaged goods so I can determine if a claim can be made and before refunds or exchanges can be issued. Shipping costs will only be refunded on damaged goods where a claim can be made.
