Delivery is only within the UK at present.
I normally aim to ship all our orders received via the online shop within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been sent and advise you of an approximate times.
However, due to Covid -19 and lockdown with the different levels of tiered activity just now, I am working to a 5 working day turnaround and will therefore have a longer delivery time. Thank you for your patience.
During exceptionally busy periods eg. the run up to Christmas, sales etc, you should allow extra time for delivery, although if you let me know if something is required for a specific date and I will do my very best to fulfil your request.
Orders placed in the UK are posted via Royal Mail and is sent in different insurance levels.
Post and packaging is sent 2nd class £3.00 up to £25 and £4.00 thereafter
The online shop at present is only set up to accept orders from within the UK.
Due to Covid-19 I do not accept returns of any goods damaged or otherwise but if you have a problem please get in touch and I will do my very best to help resolve any problem or situation with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, please let us know by email within 7 working days. Under no circumstances must goods be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Please send photographic evidence of the damaged goods so I can determine if a claim can be made and before refunds or exchanges can be issued. Shipping costs will only be refunded on damaged goods.
