Delivery is only within the UK at present. 

Delivery Times

Standard orders are sent with Royal Mail 48 Tracked, please allow 3 to 4 working days for your order to arrive. Royal mail Tracked 24 is also available fr a faster deliver time.

We aim to post all orders within 2 to 3 working days, although if something is required for a specific date we will do our very best to fulfil your request. 

During exceptionally busy periods like the run up to Christmas this may be longer, 3 to 5 days.

You will receive a confirmation that your order has been dispatched advising you of the approximate time for delivery. 

Delivery Costs

• £3.50 for orders posted Royal Mail 48 Tracked 
• £4.50 for orders posted Royal Mail 24 Tracked
• Over £85 - Free shipping Royal Mail 48 Tracked 

Sometimes due to the size of the order it may be split into 2 boxes for postage insurance purposes. 

Bulk Orders

Larger and heavy orders may incur an additional postage cost to the customer. Usually over £150. Please contact us with your order and we will let you if there will be an extra postage cost on your order.

Lost parcels

For packages that are not collected by you at your post office and eventually returned to CBC we will contact you by e-mail to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover the return shipping costs.

Overseas Orders

We regret that we are unable to process any orders for delivery outside the UK at present.
